We stayed at a serene and peaceful location near a breathtaking waterfall. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. the breakfast was decent, and the swimming pool was great for a refreshing dip. the staff was courteous and willing to help us with our queries.
It was a tad bit disappointing that the staff wasn't very enthusiastic. It was hard to communicate because of the language barrier, they didn't speak English, and we didn't speak Portuguese.

The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Plenty of space in the Bangalows. Excellent food and reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Good swimming pool. Close to a waterfall. Lots of wildlife to see.
All was perfect.

The property was a real gem, a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the food was simply amazing! And the best part, it was all at reasonable prices! the swimming pool was nice, too. the place was pretty close to the waterfall which added to the idyllic feel of the place. the quiet location was perfect for reflection. the Bangalows were spaced out, providing ample space for everyone.
The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic and welcoming. It was a bit of a language barrier as they didn't speak English, but a simple smile always works wonders nevertheless!

We had an amazing time exploring the grounds and seeing the local wildlife. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we loved having a lot of space in between the Bangalows. We also enjoyed the delicious food and affordable prices. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, we appreciated how close the hotel was to the beautiful waterfall.

Spent Christmas in a serene location with a fantastic view of the mountains. Enjoyed the top-notch facilities including a great swimming pool and lush gardens. loved the fact that the bungalows were spacious and spaced out.
The incline pathway and stairs could be a challenge for people with mobility issues, requiring extra care. there is no local shop nearby, and the closest town is far and expensive for transport.

We had an incredible time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled close to a breathtaking waterfall. The service at this place was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially enjoyed the happy hour, where we could relax and unwind with delicious drinks. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious sitting area, a dining table, and a cozy patio with garden furniture. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained during downtime.
Families will definitely love this hotel, trust me.
